What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  1. Phone discussion about the needs
  2. Site visit and meeting with customers with water test if needed and discuss some options
  3. A formal quote will be sent to customer within 24 hours. We encourage customers to take the time needed to discuss this decision and feel comfortable in their choice. Depending on the scope of work a deposit may be required.
  4. Then we will install on a scheduled day. Generally final payment will be due upon completion. In the first month, you will receive a follow up call to make sure everything is performing as expected.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are licensed general contractors, with years of industry service in both waterproof deck coating and bathtub refinishing.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types and ages. But, there have been more and more families that want to keep the family healthy and safe, as well as protect the home and save cost.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A family with 3 daughters, 4 years of age and younger. We installed a high performance whole house filter to remove the chloramines, fluoride, VOC’s, etc. This was followed by a sensored water softener for optimum efficiency. Then for point of use, we installed a Reverse Osmosis unit in the garage. We ran plumbing to the kitchen drinking water faucet, ice maker and to bathroom for drinking water and to brush teeth. Now, this family and home are protected and have a peace of mind.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Plumbers and water quality specialist are different! When it comes to specifying the optimum system, service, and repair – its night and day.

Do not give in to high pressure sales. If they are offering same day only pricing, be suspicious.
